During her career, Lynn has served multiple organizations in a variety roles including Kellogg Company as a food technologist and consumer communications manager, Miller College as a professor, Humanergy as a leadership development consultant, and JPG Resources as a food business solutions provider. Lynn received her MA in Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University and her BS in food science from Purdue University. Her range of career and life experiences allow her to relate readily to people as she endeavors to help others reach their potential. Lynn lives in Michigan, with her husband Mark, two daughters, and three goldfish.
